Cathodic Protection Installation

Our North Texas based field service team provides cathodic protection (CP) for corrosion control of poles, towers, anchor rods, substation equipment, and pipeline. MES offers engineering design, installation and maintenance services for both sacrificial and impressed cathodic systems. Installation of cathodic protection will slow down corrosion of exposed assets by concentrating corrosion on a sacrificial anode or by impressing an active current on the system. This way, the protected structure is made electrochemically negative and corrosion from soil or environmental moisture is essentially stopped.
